California: Licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Every license listed above shows a status of Approved and is currently authorized. Licenses are reviewed and this page is updated at each annual renewal; if a license lapses it is removed from this table rather than left in place.

* For these four states the number shown is the originator’s NMLS ID as reported by him; the licensing dataset used for verification does not carry a separate state license number for them. Every other number, together with each issue date and status, was checked on 14 August 2026 against licensing data derived from NMLS for NMLS ID #1316642. That is a derived dataset, not the NMLS Consumer Access website itself — please confirm anything that matters to you directly at NMLS Consumer Access, which is the authoritative source.

On renewal dates. Mortgage loan originator licenses renew annually through NMLS. This table shows each license’s issue date and current status rather than a renewal date, because renewal status changes during the annual renewal window and a date printed here would go stale. NMLS Consumer Access always shows the current position for NMLS ID #1316642.

Nothing on this website is a loan offer, quote, rate lock, pre-approval, or commitment to lend. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, appraisal, and program guidelines, which are subject to change without notice. Program availability varies by state and by lender.
